Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs processing, and courier disruptions.

• Metro Manila: 2–3 business days
• Provincial Philippines: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–12 business days

For Local Orders (Philippines)

Shipping payment is calculated separately after checkout. We will coordinate with you regarding the shipping fee once computed via J&T Express (for Standard Delivery orders). We will provide a tracking number once your order is on its way.

For International Orders

Orders are shipped via DHL Express, with shipping fees calculated separately after checkout. We will coordinate with you directly once the shipping cost has been determined. We will provide a tracking number once your order is on its way. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their destination country.
