How long is the production process of a Calidillo folio?

Depending on color availability, some leather folios are ready on hand and can be shipped within the week. Otherwise, Calidillo folios are made to order and meticulously handcrafted by skilled leather artisans, with production typically taking 2–3 weeks.

How do I pay for local/international orders?

Local orders (PH) may be paid via GCash, MariBank, GoTyme, Bank transfer or Wise. International orders are processed securely through PayPal.

What type of leather do you use?

Calidillo Leather Folios are crafted from premium full-grain vegetable-tanned leather. This traditional, plant-based tanning process avoids harsh chemicals, resulting in a leather that is not only durable but also develops a unique, rich patina over time.

What gives The Calidillo leather folios their unique character?

Each Calidillo Leather Folio is carefully handcrafted from premium full-grain vegetable-tanned leather, showcasing natural variations in grain, texture, tone, and markings that make every piece unique. Leather is a natural material, so no two hides are exactly alike—these differences are not defects, but the authentic signatures of real leather.

Lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of our work may also affect how colors appear. We do our best to represent each shade as accurately as possible, but these subtle variations are part of what makes every folio truly one of a kind.

Can I customize my Calidillo leather folio?

Yes! You can personalize your Calidillo folio by choosing your own elastic cord color, charms, and engraving! Each folio remains handcrafted and unique, so these custom touches let you create a piece that truly reflects your style and personality.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! If your country isn’t available at checkout, just send us an Instagram DM or email us, and we’ll be happy to arrange a custom shipping quote for you.

What courier do you use?

Philippine Local orders are shipped via J&T Express (standard delivery) and Grab Express or Lalamove (scheduled pickups). International orders are fulfilled through DHL Express.

Are international duties and taxes included in the shipping cost?

The Calidillo is not responsible for any international duties or taxes incurred upon delivery. The shipping cost via DHL Express does not include any destination taxes or import charges that may apply.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit?

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, it is beyond our control. While we cannot be held liable for any delays, loss, or damage in transit, we’ll always do our best to assist you in coordinating with the courier if any issues arise. Your trust means everything to us, and we’re here to help however we can!
